2009 Hawaii Space Selection

Invitations for the Hawaii space selection were mailed on July 31.  Please complete and return the RSVP form below to secure your appointment.

If you are an exhibiting company at the 2008 Annual Session you have already been sent an invitation to participate in the advance space selection process for the 2009 Annual Session in Hawaii. The Space Selection will take place Wednesday, October 15—Saturday, October 18 in the Space Selection Office in Hall D at the HBG Convention Center. If you are a 2008 exhibitor and did not receive your invitation, please contact the ADA Exhibit Office at 312-440-2876.
